Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days from our warehouse.
Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time depends on your PIN code and courier partner.
While most orders arrive earlier, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email so you can track your shipment in real time.
Do not accept parcels that appear tampered or damaged Artha will not be responsible once such parcels are accepted.

Free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
For orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping fee applies (displayed at checkout).

Yes, reverse pickup is available for eligible exchanges within India.
In certain locations where reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product at your own cost and risk.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.

If your parcel appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery immediately.
Artha is not responsible for any parcels accepted in such condition.
