Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility & Timelines
- Return or Exchange request must be made within:
- 7 days of delivery for exchanges or returns.
- 48 hours of delivery for damaged, missing, or defective items.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and seals intact.
- Requests made after the timeline will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Contact our Support Team with:
- Order details
- Product photographs
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/defective claims)
- Once verified, a pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.
- Ensure products are packed securely in original packaging.
Quality Check (QC)
- All returned products undergo a strict Quality Check upon arrival.
- Only items passing QC are eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
- If QC fails, the product will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges
- Exchange will be processed once QC is cleared.
- If the requested size/product is available, it will be shipped to you.
- If unavailable or out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
- Each order is eligible for only one return/exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for wrong, damaged, or defective products (post QC verification).
- A ₹120 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are not issued for size, preference, or change of mind store credit will be given in such cases.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days after QC.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via a secure payment link shared on your registered email/contact number.
Store Credit
- Issued once the return is approved and picked up.
- Shared via email within 24 hours of pickup confirmation.
- Valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged / Missing / Defective Products
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.
- Verified cases will receive replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Minor colour variations or misprints are not considered defects these reflect the authentic handcrafted nature of our products.
Shipping & Self-Ship
- If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product.
- Once received and approved through QC, ₹150 store credit will be issued as shipping compensation.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- If cancelled post-shipping, ₹120 will be deducted towards shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Artha reserves the final decision on all return and exchange matters.
