Exchange / Return My Order
- Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged, missing, or defective items, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after these deadlines cannot be accepted.
- To start a return or exchange, contact our support team with order details, photos, and an unboxing video (if needed).
- Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product.
- Pack the product properly in its original packaging to avoid damage.
- After the product reaches us, it will go through a Quality Check (QC).
- Only after passing QC will your exchange, refund, or store credit be processed.
- If the requested product or size is available, we’ll send it as an exchange.
- If not available, we’ll issue store credit instead.
- Refunds are given only for wrong or defective items after QC verification.
- ₹120 will be deducted as a processing fee from any refund.
- Refunds are not available for size or preference changes; store credit will be provided instead.
- Artha’s team will make the final decision on all returns and exchanges.
