  • Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

    Yes, you can modify your address until the order is shipped.
    Once it leaves our warehouse, changes can’t be made.
    For assistance, contact our support team promptly.

  • Why does the color look slightly different from the images?

    Our products are photographed under natural and studio lighting to best capture their true tones.
    However, due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our pieces, minor color variations may occur adding to their individuality.

  • How will I get my tracking details?

    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking information.
    If not found, kindly check your Spam or Promotions folder.

  • Do you offer reverse pickups for returns?

    Yes, reverse pickup is available for eligible pin codes.
    In such cases where the service isn’t available, you may be requested to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
    Our team will guide you through the process smoothly.

    As an emerging label, we create in limited quantities with artisanal care  not mass production.
